2 - Residence Permit to reside in the property (if its completely new):  € 500-800

3 - New connection of electricity meter: € 100-150

4 - New connection of water meter: € 60-100

Annual Ongoing Expences

1 - Energy cost per KWH: ~ € 0.10

2 - Water cost per m3: ~ € 0.75

3 - Property tax: 0.1 - 0.3 % of the property value registered on the Title Deed (-see above-) is paid to the municipality each year before the end of May.

4 - Insurance of the property (voluntary): ~ € 150-250*

*Earthquake insurance is obligatory. Here it is a part of the property insurance mentioned above. Approximately 10 % of the insurance.
